Diglycerides are fats composed of of glycerol and 2 fatty acids.
Diglyceride Oil (Enova Oil)
Enova oil is a blend of canola and soybean oil, which contains 80% of diglycerides, unlike most other oils, which contain mainly triglycerides.
Diglyceride oil is Generally Recognized As Safe (GRAS) by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) [1].
